All About Auditions! (7th, 8th, & 9th graders)

Join RCP and our talented team for tips to stand out in auditions in our second workshop of our Apprentice Program Workshop Series 2024. This workshop will provide participants the basics of how to prepare for and select monologues and songs for auditions as well as provide each participant an opportunity to workshop a 1-minute monologue and an approximately 1-minute song cut. Participants are encouraged to be familiar with both a song and a monologue however memorization is NOT REQUIRED. Students who are interested in participating but could use some assistance in selecting a song and/or monologue to work with are encouraged to reach out to RCP - education@restonplayers.org - and we'll be happy to help.

Please note this is a track 2 workshop (Track 2 is for 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students). For 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students please check out our Track 1 auditions workshop information and sign up here.
